Remember when I said pumpkin isn’t really my thing? Well, it still isn’t. But I have to say, I love the soft internal texture of these churros, with their classic crunchy exterior you’d expect from a churro!
This recipe is so simple. Usually, churro recipes have to be made on the stove and cool to an appropriate temperature so you can add eggs without cooking the eggs (eww). But this recipe has no eggs, so it can be made quick and easy! Enjoy this fall/winter treat with a cup of thick cocoa! (or should I say….Coco??)
